The Small Calibration Systems are Transducer-based systems.
RAD Small Calibration Systems are classified to BS 7882:2008 as Class 1 or better for the primary range (+/- 0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale). Each system comes fully calibrated and traceable to ISO 17025, ensuring the highest measurement of quality.
Backward compatible with previous-generation RAD calibration benches.

- Ranges up to 7,000 ft. lbs./9,500 Nm
- Screen on transducer allows for convenient reading
- Connect to RAD Torque Transducer Software via your computer or tablet
- Classified to BS 7882:2017 as Class 1 or better for the primary range (+/-0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale)
Torque Range: 75 – 7,000 ft-lbs (100 – 9,500 Nm)

Calibrated to ISO17025 International Standards the analyzers form part of a Total Quality System giving users and their customers total traceability. The range of RCA Tool Test Stands are designed specifically to test the torque output of all Pneumatic Torque Tools.

The RAD small calibration system uses a transducer and comes in three sizes (1500/3500/7500). This includes a calibration stand, static transducer, and a surface tablet with RAD Calibration Software.
