Burst Protection Hydraulic Hose Set
Designed for applications where enhanced hose safety is required, the Burst Protection Hydraulic Hose Set provides an added layer of protection for operators working around high-pressure hydraulic systems. Each twin-line hose assembly features a durable protective sleeve with a 4:1 burst pressure safety factor, helping to contain and redirect hydraulic fluid in the event of a hose failure. Supplied complete with fittings, every hose assembly is hydraulically tested and tagged prior to dispatch. Standard lengths of 4, 6 and 10 metres are available, with custom lengths manufactured to suit specific application requirements. The optional burst protection sleeve is compliant with the requirements of MDG 41 – Fluid Power Safety Systems at Mines for hose energy diffusion sleeves when correctly selected and applied.
